Our morning started with chapel with the whole school!
In chapel we celebrated Jesus' Ascension to heaven! Jesus' body ascended to heaven so He could send the Holy Spirit- our helper! The Holy Spirit gives us the gift of faith.
After chapel we were able to run and play in the commons!
During small group time we worked with the balances. We attempted to balance various items in the explore on the floor center. We documented our findings on clipboards!
Mrs. Buchholz was not here today, so Mrs. McAnally was here to help us. In her group the children practiced number recognition and counting as they played a game with the spinners and teddy bears.
We also practice quantifying and visual discrimination as we played dominoes together!
During second free choice many of the friends created in the art center!

The friends decided to put on a show for each other!
Some of the friends made tickets and necklaces for the show.
