Just a reminder that we do not have school this Friday, April 18th or Monday, April 21st.

Today we started our day by attending chapel with the whole school. Pastor Rouland talked with us about ways we can show God's love by giving, providing comfort, and sharing! He shared a few different ways that we can do that. We want to show God's love to others because God loves us so much that He sent His son, Jesus, to die on the cross and rise again to save us!
Our friends have been really interested in lower case letters, so we used this interest as the basis for one of our learning centers this week! During morning meeting, we explored upper and lower case letters further as we read Chicka Chicka Boom Boom. When the friends saw a lower case letter they gave a thumbs down, and when they saw an upper case letter they gave a thumbs up!
We had a short small group time today too. During small group time we practiced what Pastor Rouland talked to us about showing God's love by providing comfort for others as we made cards for Drew's family.
We also worked on our Eric Carle art projects!
We then went outside to enjoy the beautiful weather!
Look how much progress has been made on our new Early Childhood wing! We are so excited!
