Happy Friday!
If you are looking for a place to worship this weekend, you are always welcome here at Zion! We have services Saturday evening at 5:00 and Sunday morning at 8:00, 9:30, and 11:00.
We used the car to enhance our imaginary play today! Some of the friends worked together to build a door out of blocks for our car.
We love these tiny sticky notes! At first our friends were using them as invitations to a party, but soon they turned into name tags. I even had some name tags on my back that I didn't know were there! :) )
During small group time, we worked on drawing a car. We will compare these drawings to the drawings we did during Phase One of the Project to see how much we have learned!
I also worked one on one with the children to practice writing their names.
The children continued to play cooperatively in the car shop.
"My bus has a broken door. Can you fix it?"
We decided that our car needed some decorations!
During Jesus time we reviewed the story of Jacob and Esau one more time. We discussed how Jacob walked far away to flee his bad choice. We also discussed that Jesus always forgives us, no matter what!
Have a blessed weekend! See you next week!
