Writing together is fun!
We have a lot of fun writing our own names and even practicing our friends' names too!

Look at our intricate creation we made this morning!

Thank you to the Dersch family for the new phone!

Sammie practiced the alphabet this morning.

We headed to the commons to run and play!

Pastor Sam, the Pastor from India who we are supporting with our chapel offerings, came and talked to our class this morning!  He told us a story about a boy named John who did not know how to use an umbrella correctly.  He told us that the bible can be like that too!  In order to use the bible correctly, we must read it.  It has the best news- Jesus loves us!  He died on the cross and rose again for us!

During small group time, the friends independently retold the story of There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Pie using picture cards.

We also cut out feathers for our hats for the Thanksgiving Feast!

We also played a disappearing game.  The children studied items on the table, and I removed an item.  The children then identified the item that was removed!  Some of the children were ready for me to remove three at a time!  This game increases cognitive development!

Some of the friends continued the game during free choice time.

Other friends helped take care of the babies!

We worked together to build with the LEGOs too!

During Jesus time, we learned that we sometimes are scared.  We also learned that we can tell a grown up and pray to Jesus!  Jesus always takes care of us because He loves us very much!
