Happy Friday!!
We used another graph to sign in this morning!  The children are becoming more familiar with graphs.  They are able to identify which line to use next. They are also learning to compare the graph.   "There are a lot of friends who are 4!"

The puzzles were popular during morning free choice!

Playing with the marble run

The doctor office

We enjoyed a bright, sunny day outside!

During small group time, we painted with leaves!  This helps the children develop fine motor control as they work to manipulate the leaves and paint.

We also played the upper and lower case letter match game independently!

The children helped me describe Fall!  They drew pictures of Fall too!  We used our sense of hearing and sight to explore Fall.  This activity helps increase vocabulary and engage in discovering our senses.

We then went outside to explore Fall further!

We collected Fall items for out science center.

Second free choice

Look how we worked collaboratively in the block center!  The friends are learning valuable social skills that will benefit them throughout their lives!

Even teachers go to the doctor!

During Jesus time we learned that sometimes we don't want to do things that we should do like brush our teeth, help mom and dad, or be kind to our friends.  We also learned that the Holy Spirit can help us do things when we don't feel like doing them.  We thanked God for helping us, and we also thanked Him for the gift of salvation through Jesus' death and resurrection!
