We had a great muffins for mom day!
Thank you to all of the moms who were able to make it out today!

We were able to read books with our moms before chapel.

Chapel with the whole school and moms.  Our class did a great job!!

Mr. Marolf talked to us in chapel about how God made each one of us unique.  We each have a different purpose, just like each one of Mr. Marolf's shoes has a different purpose.

(Some moms were chosen to go up in the front and show how each of Mr. Marolf's shoes is different.)

Even though we are all unique, God love us!  He sent His son, Jesus, to die on the cross and rise again!!

After chapel we were able to go outside. It was a beautiful fall day!

During small groups, we continued to work on our family graph.  Today, we each wrote our names on the graph, and we glued our pictures of our families on the graph.  We noticed that many of the families have the same number of people!  We discussed that no matter the family size, God loves us all the same.  :)

We then played an upper and lower case matching game with Ms. Emma!

In the blocks, we worked on drawing what we were going to build before we did.  This helps plan what we are going to do, which promotes cognitive development.

Free choice time!

We had some time to sing songs with the guitar today too!

We then went back outside.
