WOW! What a great year we have had here in preschool!! I can't believe that today is the last day!!
Don't forget about popsicles in the park tomorrow morning from 9:00-11:00 at Laurel Park! Hope to see you there!!
This morning we worked on a card for the middle schoolers who brought our lunch down to us every day! What a blessing that has been!
We also had a lot of fun with the puppets on our last day!
Wow!! Our special "new student" made a chrysalis over night!!
We had fun creating a building with the magnatiles one last time together!
We went outside early this morning to enjoy the weather before it was super hot!
During morning meeting, I asked the friends what they would like to do on our last day of school.
Here were the requests:
"Watch a movie"
"Dance party"
"Make a kite"
So we did all of those things!
What would the last day of preschool be without a dance party?!
As requested, watched a part of the Veggie Tales Sweet Pea Beauty too!
Then the friends who wanted to make another kite had the opportunity to make another kite!
We went back outside for a short while. Some of our friends took turns throwing the frisbee to one another!
During Jesus time we sang praise songs to God. We also read this book! I reminded the children that no matter where they go, Jesus will always love them, and He will always be with them!!!!
Our picnic outside was so fun!!
